What we collect

When you place an order we collect the name, email address, shipping address, billing address and phone number you provide, plus the contents of your order. We also collect basic technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed — through cookies and analytics.

We never see your card details. Payments are processed by PayPal. Your card or account information is entered on PayPal’s systems and is never transmitted to or stored by us.

Why we collect it

To process and ship your order, to email you order and tracking updates, to answer support requests, to prevent fraud, and to comply with our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

• Our supply partners, who receive your name and shipping address in order to fulfill and ship your order.
• PayPal, to process payment.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver the package.
• Service providers that host this site and send our order emails.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

International transfer

Our business and some of our suppliers are located outside the United States. Placing an order means your order data is transferred and processed in those countries.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. You may ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
