Products

Stonewend eyewear is a fashion and screen-use accessory. It is not certified protective eyewear, not a medical device, and not intended for night driving or any activity requiring impact protection. We make no claim that our products treat, prevent or relieve any medical condition, including eye strain, headaches or sleep problems.

Lens tints filter part of the blue end of the visible spectrum. That is a description of how the lens transmits light, not a health claim.

Product images and measurements

We photograph our products accurately, but screen calibration varies and colors may appear slightly different in person. Dimensions are measured by hand and may vary by 1 to 3 mm.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Comparison prices shown as struck-through refer to the price of buying the same items individually in this store. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed, for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors or products becoming unavailable. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
