30-day returns
You may return any unworn item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
Email francocai97skate@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions and an address. Do not send anything back before you receive those instructions — returns sent without them cannot be tracked to your order.
Who pays return shipping
- If the item arrived damaged, defective or is not what you ordered: we pay, and we will send a replacement or refund at your choice.
- If you simply changed your mind: return shipping is at your cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our fault.
Items we cannot accept back
Items that have been worn, scratched, modified, or returned without their original packaging.
Damaged on arrival
Email francocai97skate@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full and you will not be asked to ship anything back.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship — usually within 24 hours of ordering.
