Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 10 to 20 business days from the date of shipment. Our products are shipped directly from our supply partners in Asia, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you pay.

Shipping cost

• Orders of $35 or more: free shipping
• Orders under $35: $4.95 flat rate

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the carrier label is created. Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to show its first scan; this is normal and does not mean the package is lost.

Delays

Customs processing, carrier backlogs and severe weather can extend delivery beyond the estimate above. If your order has not arrived 30 business days after shipment, contact us at francocai97skate@gmail.com and we will replace it or refund it in full.

Wrong address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If the address is incorrect, email us at francocai97skate@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it if the order has not shipped. After shipment we cannot redirect a package.
